WARDC-GENDI (FORD)

Building Solidarity, Accountability and Commitment to Ending Violence Against Women and girls Project (SACVWAG) in collaboration with WARDC (FORD Foundation) 

This project is about building community level accountability mechanisms and enhance collaboration between women leaders and traditional institutions in addressing Gender-Based Violence. The long term goal fo the project is to reduce the occurrence of violence against women and girls in the southwest, Nigeria and enhance engagement, capacity and accountability of community leaders and gatekeepers, including women agency, religious and traditional rulers. On this particular project, we are currently working at Ado odo Otta and Sagamu Local government.
